1. Full payment is required before the event.

 

  1. The event is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

 

  1. The deposit is non-refundable. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.

 

  1. An additional surcharge of S$30 applies for venues without direct lift access or in non-working condition.

 

  1. In the event that a dish item is unavailable, the management reserves the right to replace it with a suitable alternative.

 

  1. The 10% event charges cover consultation, planning, actual-day service, and any unforeseen expenses.

 

  1. The client is responsible for complying with all government regulations and conditions.

 

  1. The customer shall be fully responsible for any damages to the premises or loss of delivered items stated.

 

  1. The event consultant reserves the right to substitute listed items based on availability, as well as media rights for advertisements and publications.

 

  1. Once the deposit is placed with Shaabaz Kitchen Pte Ltd., no signature is required. The above clauses will remain in effect until the contract ends.

 

  1. Please follow SFA/NEA requirements. Do not consume the food after the "CONSUME BY" time, with a maximum limit of 4 hours.

 

  1. The time indicated in the invoice is agreed upon by the customer. An additional charge of

$20 per hour applies if an extension is required due to longer waiting times than stated.
